Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. But once you order a jacket they are custom made and we have size chart guidelines that must be adhered to due to manufacturing quality. So there are no returns on wrong sizes ordered due to you not checking charts.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items due to wrong sized ordered. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
